Intervals Night: a great workout to keep all levels of runners fit all year long.
NOTE: During the summer months this moves to the UNBSJ Track

Hills Night – The perfect time to strengthen those legs and build your power. All levels of runners will benefit from this great workout.
SUNDAY 9:30 at Java Moose in Rothesay
Long Easy Day – We all start and finish together but you choose the speed and distance that works for you. A nice social time after the exercise at Java Moose.
The Fundy Fog Chasers are a FREE local running group offering friendly group support and some coaching tips for recreational runners and walkers. They meet twice weekly on the west side of Saint John. The Carleton Community Centre is where the group typically meets to organize before and socialize after. The goal is participation and all speeds are encouraged to join.
